Refund policy
30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. The 30-day period begins on the date shown as “delivered” by the carrier.
Return Eligibility
- Unused and unopened items in new, resalable condition are generally eligible for a refund or store credit.
- We may also, in our discretion, accept returns of opened or partially used products if you are not satisfied, so we can review quality and continue improving.
- All items are subject to quality inspection, and a refund or credit will only be issued if the item passes inspection and complies with this policy.
- We may decline a return or refund where products:
- Are returned after 30 days of receipt,
- Show signs of misuse, tampering, or significant use, or
- Are associated with repeated or abusive return behavior.
Non-Returnable Items
- Clearance and “final sale” items are not eligible for return or refund.
- Gift cards and downloadable products (if any) are non-returnable.
How to Request a Return (RMA Required)
- Visit our Returns Center at www.naturallysafer.com/returns.
- Submit a return request with your order information and reason for return.
- If your request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions.
- Returns sent without a valid RMA may be refused or delayed.
You are responsible for following the return instructions provided with your RMA, including packaging and shipping the products back to us within the stated time.
Refunds & Credits
- If your return is approved after inspection, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment or, where offered, a store credit, as indicated in your RMA approval.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (for example, incorrect item shipped or confirmed defect).
- Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the credit to appear on your statement.
- Refunds may take up to 30 days from our receipt of the returned item to be fully processed.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be changed or canceled before they have been processed for shipment. Once an order has shipped, it is non-cancelable. Please see our Shipping & Delivery Policy for more details.
Policy Updates
We may update this Returns & Refunds Policy from time to time. Any changes will apply to orders placed after the effective date of the updated policy.
