Shipping policy
Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within three business days after payment is received.
- Orders placed after 2PM Central or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Processing times are estimates and may be extended during peak periods or promotions.
Shipping Methods & Rates
- We ship orders via UPS, USPS and FedEX using standard ground service options.
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order value, weight, and destination.
- Any applicable taxes and delivery-related fees will be calculated and shown at checkout.
Shipping Area
- We currently ship to addresses within the Continental United States only.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO, or international destinations.
Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
- Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Delivery Times
- Estimated delivery times shown at checkout or on product pages are not guaranteed.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other events beyond our control.
Delivery Issues
- If your package is marked “delivered” but cannot be located, please first check with household members, neighbors, or your building management and then contact the carrier.
- If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at service@naturallysafer.com within three days of the stated delivery date so we can review the issue.
- If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, we may charge additional shipping to re-ship the order.
Risk of Loss
- Title to and risk of loss for products pass to you upon our delivery of the order to the carrier.
- We are not responsible for loss or damage after the carrier has accepted the shipment, but we will reasonably assist you in filing a claim with the carrier where appropriate.
Changes & Cancellations
- Orders may be modified or canceled only before they have been processed for shipment.
- All orders are NONCANCELABLE once shipped.
- If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us immediately at service@naturallysafer.com, and we will let you know if your request can be accommodated.
Returns & Refunds
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
