Cancellation policy
Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription, a pre-order, or “try before you buy.” This policy explains how you can change or cancel these types of purchases. These options are always subject to our Shipping & Delivery Policy and our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the schedule you select at checkout. Your payment method will be stored securely and charged for each delivery, unless you choose to prepay.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of the initial term. If you do not want to renew, you must cancel before your next renewal charge is processed.
You can cancel, pause, or change your subscription at any time for future deliveries. To manage your subscription, use the account or subscription link provided in your order confirmation email, or contact us at service@naturallysafer.com.
Once a subscription order has been processed for shipment, it is treated like any other order and cannot be canceled. You may still be able to request a return after delivery, in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy, including all RMA requirements and non-returnable item rules. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Pre-Orders
When you purchase a pre-order item, you are reserving a product that is out of stock or not yet released. We may either (a) collect full payment at checkout, or (b) collect a partial deposit and store your payment method to charge the remaining balance when the order is ready to ship. We will indicate which applies at checkout.
You may cancel a pre-order any time before it has been processed for shipment. If you cancel an unfulfilled pre-order, we will refund any amount you have paid for that pre-order, including any deposit, unless otherwise clearly stated at the time of purchase.
Once a pre-order has been processed for shipment, it is non-cancellable and will be handled as a regular order under our Shipping & Delivery Policy. After delivery, you may request a return or refund, if eligible, under our Returns & Refunds Policy. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Try Before You Buy
For eligible items offered on a “try before you buy” basis, we place an authorization on your payment method at checkout but do not immediately capture payment. You will have a trial period of 3 days from the date of delivery to decide whether to keep the item.
To avoid being charged, you must:
- Submit a return request through our Returns Center at https://www.naturallysafer.com/returns, obtain an RMA, and
- Ship the item back in accordance with the RMA instructions within the 3-day trial period.
Items returned under “try before you buy” must meet the same condition requirements as our standard returns (including any restrictions on opened or used items) and are subject to the same list of non-returnable items (such as clearance/final sale products), all as set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
If you do not return the item within the trial period, or if your return is not approved under our Returns & Refunds Policy, we will charge your payment method for the full purchase price (plus applicable taxes and any shipping charges). After you are charged, the order is treated like any other purchase and may only be returned, if eligible, under our standard Returns & Refunds Policy. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
